Being in New York City means having access to a large freelance pool of other photographers and retouchers. The picture above shows a group I put together to photograph 700 executives in 2 days. I am in the middle.
2 large law firms were merging, and asked me to cosmetic retouch 600 headshots from all over the world. They then had me do research and find 20 different city skylines to put behind them to show where they worked as well. I found the skylines; did the soft effects on them and delivered 600 layered images. No photography on my part. All retouching. My retouching crew and me.
